Go digital when...

• The guest list is spread across different cities or countries
• You're planning quickly (digital invites arrive the same day)
• You want easy RSVP tracking without chasing anyone down
• It's a more casual gathering

Digital invites are free to send, arrive instantly, and are impossible to lose. With a well-designed template, they look every bit as special as paper.

Go printed when...

• It's a milestone event (first birthday, baby shower, wedding shower)
• Your guest list skews older and may not check their phone regularly
• You want something guests can put on the fridge as a reminder

Printed invitations feel more formal and tangible. They also double as keepsakes for the guest of honor.

The hybrid approach (our favorite)
